These Terms of Use apply to learn.bobunguyen.com, run by Bob Nguyen as Project Bob Learning (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password private.
- Your account is for one person. Don’t share your login or course access with others.
- You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Course access
When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to view it for your own learning, for as long as the course is offered on this site. We may update course content to keep it current.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Our content
All course videos, slides, worksheets, and other materials are owned by Project Bob Learning and protected by copyright. You may not:
- Copy, record, resell, or redistribute course materials
- Post course content publicly or share downloads with people who haven’t purchased the course
- Use the materials to create a competing course
Teachers may use classroom activities they learn in a course with their own students, as long as they don’t republish or sell our materials.
Acceptable use
Be respectful in comments, reviews, and messages. Don’t post spam, harassment, or anything illegal, and don’t try to disrupt or hack the site. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
No guarantees
Our courses are educational. We do our best to make them accurate and useful, but we can’t guarantee specific results, such as test scores or job outcomes. The site and courses are provided “as is.”
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
