We want you to be happy with your course. If it isn’t the right fit, you can request a refund under the terms below.

14-day refund guarantee

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 20% of the course.

When refunds aren’t available

• More than 14 days have passed since your purchase.
• You have completed 20% or more of the course content.
• You have downloaded the course’s downloadable materials or received a completion certificate.
• The purchase was made with a discount or coupon marked as final sale.

We may make exceptions for duplicate charges or technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course and that we can’t fix.

How to request a refund

Email bobunguyen@gmail.com with:

• Your order number (from your confirmation email)
• The email address you used to buy the course
• The course name

We’ll reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your access to that course is removed.
