This Privacy Policy explains what information Project Bob Learning (“we”, “us”) collects when you use learn.bobunguyen.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Project Bob Learning is run by Bob Nguyen in Anaheim, California.

- Account details — your name, email address, username, and password when you create a student account.
- Billing details — your name, billing address, email, and optional phone number when you buy a course.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our website.
- Learning activity — the courses you enroll in, lessons you complete, quiz results, and course progress.
- Messages — anything you send us by email.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider and through cookies.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and give you access to the courses you purchase.
- To process payments, send order confirmations and receipts, and handle refunds.
- To track your course progress and issue completion records.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
- To send course updates or newsletters — only if you choose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site:
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
- Hostinger — website hosting and security.
- WordPress, WooCommerce, and Tutor LMS — the software that runs the site, hosted on our own server.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your shopping cart, and keep the site secure. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart, checkout, and course areas may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and course records for as long as your account is active. Order and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To make a request, email bobunguyen@gmail.com.
Children
Our courses are intended for adults and teens 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
